The Truth Debuts With Miranda Lambert’s ‘Crisco’ Album Release Celebration
On Oct. 1, Miranda Lambert will be the first artist to perform at The Truth, a new 4,400-seat Live Nation venue in Nashville’s Wedgewood neighborhood.
For one night only, Lambert will perform her 10th studio album, Crisco, in its entirety with her full band and a 12-piece string orchestra. The album is set for release Oct. 2.
Presale tickets for Lambert’s fan club, RanFans, go on sale Thursday, Aug. 20, with the general onsale beginning Friday, Aug. 21.
The announcement comes on the heels of Lambert selling out Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth for a separate album release show on Oct. 6 in her home state.
Lambert, the most awarded artist in Academy of Country Music Awards history, is bringing a new flavor to her discography with Crisco. The promotional singles released so far lean heavily into disco production, while events such as CMA Fest’s Crisco Disco Brunch have further solidified the project’s disco-inspired identity.
